Pool Rules as of
May 25, 2020
Pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
No diving or horseplay are allowed in the
pool or pool area.
Children under fifteen (15) and
non-swimmers are not allowed in the pool/pool area with
an adult 18 years or older.
City and county ordinances prohibit pool
gates from being propped open at any time. Gates
must be shut and locked at all times. Failure to
obey this rule will result in the pool being closed.
No alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
No pets are allowed in the pool/pool area
at any time. The only exception is service
animals.
No glass containers are allowed in the
pool/pool area or in the pool trash can. This is a
city and county ordinance. Failure to obey this
rule will result in the pool being closed.
Swimsuits only are allowed in the pool;
no cut-offs or street clothes are allowed. Infants
must be in swim diapers. Any person with an
infectious disease is not allowed in the pool
Music and noise must be kept to a
minimum. Music can be listened to only with
headphones.
No hair curlers, bobby pins, suntan
lotion or oils are allowed in the pool at any time.
Homeowners are responsible for their
tenants' and guests' behavior at the pool and will be
responsible for any damages.
No bicycles, tricycles, big wheels,
minibikes, skateboards, roller/inline skates or scooters
are allowed inside the pool area.
Homeowners/tenants and their guests must
clean up the pool area when leaving.
Remember: the life preserver ring and
skimmer pole are not toys; they are not to be
touched/played with. Anyone playing with these
pieces of equipment could lose use of the pool!
If your HOA account is not current, your
key fob will be shut off until your account is current
again!
Anyone not following the above pool rules
will lose pool privileges.
These rules and regulations have been set up for the
protections and safety of all residents and to prevent
damage to the pool.
