Orangewood Townhouse Park is a townhouse complex located
at 47th Avenue and Orangewood in Glendale, Arizona.
Of the 92 privately-owned, two- and three-bedroom
units, 42% are officially listed as owner-occupied and the
rest are rental units with absentee owners (as of July
2021).The townhouse complex is governed by the Orangewood Townhouse Park Homeowners' Association, through its elected Board members. The legal owner of each property may cast one vote in the general meetings.

Monthly homeowners' dues pay for water, trash collection, exterior paint and lighting and maintenance of the common areas. Roofs, air-conditioning units and all patio and interior repairs are the responsibility of the individual homeowner.
If paying HOA dues by check, the new mailing address is Orangewood Townhomes, c/o Associated Property Management, P. O. Box 94496, Las Vegas, Nevada 89193-4496.
The off-site property management company is Associated Property Management. As of November 2023, the manager is Jim Ramirez. However, most inquiries will be handled by Isabella Fernandez, phone number 480-941-1077, extension 55. Please contact her if you have any specific needs or concerns.
