How to get your money back:

1. The "chargback" is powerful tool to getting your money back. Call your credit card company ask for a "chargeback" on all zStarnetwork (or whatever service ended up on your billing chart which can be checked online with some services) related charges. Explain the situation and let them know you feel you were scamed. (I got my money back this way!!!!)

2. Explain to them you want the current card you are calling about canceled and for them to send you a new one. (I was charged twice by tacidblue for one transaction). Its important you do this is soon as possible. I can't speak for all credit card company policies, but they might be more inclined to do a Chargeback if the incident happened recently.

Note. The credit card company will also start an investigation into the matter(depending on your service). If enough people do this, more credit card companies will become involved and inclined to investigate the matter and take legal action.

How to get your money back from instabill.com:

Instabill.com! I have had reports from individuals that say Instabill.com is giving full refunds, but for persons that were charged twice like my self you might still need to contact your credit card company. This is why: I was charged twice but only given one transaction number, because of this I can only get a refund for the transaction that produced the number. As for the other charge on my credit card, I don't really have any way to prove its there, to instabill. If this happened to you, you can contact instabill about it and see if they will do both refunds, if so please contact me and tell me if its possible. Below is how to contact instabill.com:

1. Contact instabill.com via e-mail at either of these addresses:

2. Put your transaction number in the subject line of your e-mail. If you don't have one, explain so in the body of the e-mail.

3. Make sure to explain the situation of tacidblue in the body of the e-mail. Say that you were a customer ext... (This might only work for customers that were under the 30 money back guarantee)
