1. Objective:

     To describe the training needed to make use of the new system.

2. Discussion:

     There are two types of training that will be necessary for the complete development and implementation of the project. The two categories are internal training and external training.

3. Detail:

     Internal Training: this training will be done by the members of the delveloping team (JDSB Solutions). This will involve learning how to download and use the TomCat^TM server, and the download and use of the jChatBox^TM chat engine. Team members will also go through HTML and JSP coding techniques. Microsoft Project^® will also be learned by the developing team.

     External Training: The system is being built for PC novices, therefore external training will be minimal. A User Guide will be provided as a deliverable along with a help page for users to reference. The assumption of JDSB Solutions is that all users of the system will allready posses the basic skills necessary to use the system.

All resources have been secured in the form of books and software in order to proceed with training.
