1. Objective:

     The objective of this plan is to formulate a procedural method of handling any type of change in the development process.

2. Discussion:

     JDSB Solutions has a main contact and requirements gathering personel from DFCS. We also have some secondary sources that we need to coordinate. Therefore it is important for us to keep a consistency in the validation process amongst these stakeholders. We also must take into consideration the duration of the project.

3. Details:

     JDSB Solutions has recognized Brad Pasto from DFCS as the primary contact and requirements gathering person. All arrangements with secondary sources of information will be coordinated through Brad Pasto. All meeting schedules, persentations, validations and access to DFCS resources will be done through our primary contact. Any future changes in contact will be brought down from Brad Pasto. Son Phan will serve as the main JDSB Solutions' contact person to communicate with Brad Pasto.
