1. Organization:

     JDSB Solutions is composed of four group members: Jarrod Winter, Denny Ahmarlall, Son Phan, and Bryan Cochran.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

     a. Report:

i. Work is divided among the team members to ensure that each person contributes equally

ii. Son will do most of the online report (web page) since he already has a geocities web site and is most comfortable with HTML in the group

iii. Bryan will help out with the images and pictures used on the web pages

iv. Denny & Jarrod will gather other information and work on miscellaneous jobs

     b. JSP Add-ons:

i. Each group member will search for needed JSP code via the Internet and JSP books

ii. Jarrod will then put the add-on code together into a text file for later use

iii. Denny will document the sources of these JSP add-ons

     c. Client Meeting:

i. Our group will always go together to meet with the client

ii. Bryan & Jarrod will implement the add-ons on the client's server

iii. Son will serve as the contact person for the whole group
