1. Objective:

     The purpose is to describe the validation process.

2. Discussion:

     This section will describe the procedures that will be used to ensure that the project is on track and meeting the requirements.

3. Detail:

     Reviews: these are done through different parties. JDSB Solutions' members will conduct analysis and measure those up with the client (DFCS) and the instructor (Dr. Brown). These validation steps are done through class presentations to the instructor and through client meetings with DFCS. These steps help ensure that the project is on schedule and also that the project is being developed to meet the client's requirements. It is done in stages so that all corrective measures can be put in place on time given the short project life cycle.

     Report: At every phase of the project, our group is required to turn in a report to Dr. Brown via the Internet.

The reviews and reporting will encapsulate analysis, design, prototye stages and so on.
