This is the North Pembrokeshire Divsion Girlguiding website, managed and run by the Webmaster. On this site we aim to advertise and provide information about Guiding in the Division to everyone and provide further information for parents and leaders.
This statement relates wholely to information provided by you to the Girlguiding North Pembrokeshire Division Website (http://www.northpembsguides.org.uk/). This information includes any information you choose to submit and information gathered by tracking your movement across the website. North Pembs Division is committed to protecting your privacy. This includes any information you give us while using this website. We will not release any personal information unless authorised to do so by you, or if we are obliged to do so by law. If you are under 18 you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before providing any personal information to us.
All information will be dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The forms on this site are submitted through a service provided by Allforms (http://allforms.mailjol.net). The company does not collect any of the information submitted. All information submitted is passed to and owned by Girlguiding North Pembrokeshire Division and remains confidential.
The information submitted by you will be forwarded to the Webmaster and the Division Website Editor. With your permission we may pass some of this information on to relevant third parties such as Unit Guiders or District Commissioners. The information will be retained by the Division Website Editor.
We do not provide contact details for individual members of the District or details of meeting times and places to protect our Members. If you would like such information please contact us through this site in the first instance.

are never associated with images. Parental consent is sought prior to displaying
