2005 was a year to remember -- Hubert and I celebrating our 25th anniversary and Heather graduating from primary to high school! During the summer we treated ourselves to a trip of a lifetime to California! I met up with Heather and Hubert in Los Angeles (after a trip to San Francisco and Skywalker Ranch!) and we took a van to Anaheim. What a lovely city! We spent three days in Anaheim and went to Disneyland twice...boy were our feet blistered by the end of the second day! We packed in a whole lot of rides and attractions...we still didn't want to leave...but we rented a car and drove to LA and stayed at the Wilshire Grand hotel right downtown. We saw the Hollywood sign, Hubert took in a Dodgers game while Heather and I shopped at the Beverly Hills mall, we relaxed at Venice Beach and had seafood in Santa Monica! Whew! We can't wait to go back one day!!!!
