		If you were to look at a map of North Bay, near the highway 11/17 bypass, and Trout Lake Rd/Highway 63 you would see an area of about 0.25 square kilometre that is undeveloped. This is where the trails are. There are many points of access. The easiest, and the only one near an actual parking lot is at the end of Chapais St. right near E.T Carmichael Public School The park near it, Laurentian Park, had a map board which is by the rink. The map shows some of the trails. Trail Rating: Trail surface: 5 The main loops are smooth, the outer loops are mainly overgrown. You can think that you are on a trail, and it disapears on you in an instance. Terrain: 3 It is mainly flat and smooth. Having a front suspension bike feels odd. Even in the overgrown areas, there is not much need for it. This is great for kids or newbies. Overall Rating: 7 Great for Newbies or for kids. Excellent to get some speed and learn the basics in a relitively nice area.
