		Besides the actual escarpment, and the lowlands to the south and west of it, the area behind it is some of the best land. It is hilly, rocky, and a mix of what you can get if you combine all the trails to one. There are not many, but they are enjoyable. They Are: North Bay Nordic -- these trails are on crown land. the chalet is on private property, owned by the club. It is not open during the spring, summer and fall. The trails are all wide enough that a car could go through, but it is not all smooth. The Club would like people who use the trails during the off season to not make ruts. If this happens, they may find a way to prevent cyclists to use this area. --Use, but do not abuse-- Black Forest --
