SO you wanna learn to Vector? Well let me tell you, you came to the right place on account of this is a Vector tutorial.
I use Photoshop for all my vectors. Right now i have CS, but i've also made many in PS 7. I BETCHA that this tutorial is good for all versions but i don't know since some might be really outdated but i bet they still have all the same buttons.
