FISHIN' PICS
The E Files - Einar sends over pictures from his summer success in the fjords and lakes of Norway.  A variety of foreign fish, both saltwater and fresh are depicted in these great photos.
MIDSUMMER MULTISPECIES MENAGERIE! - Holmes and I hit the waters of Jamestown Reservoir in search of those dang walleye, we only caught one, but Holmes caught an even bigger surprise.  The smallmouth bass bite remains constant, and the walleyes are even on a roll now too!  So check out my tribute to the many great species caught in the weeks between June 20 and July 15!
June 12-16 - Once, Twice, Three times a lady...  On three different days, and three different casts, the big 19.75 inch smallmouth gives me, Holmes, and old friend and newcomer to the webiste, Eggert, a chance to admire her beauty.  Holmes was on fire as well, picking up 5 smallies between 15 and 19 inches to boot!
June 5-10 - Holmes and I hit the river and a local lake in search of brownies and greenies, and sure enough, we come up with some shining examples of both.  Check out the bonus catfish caught near Fort Ransom.  It hit while I was jigging for rock bass!

May 29-June 2 - We send Einar back to Norway in style, with some small stream fly-fishing for panfish, and some late night walleye fishing in the Detroit Lakes, MN area.
May 22-25 - Here's a few pics of some nice fish caught right here in Barnes County, North Dakota.  Largies and smallies left and right, what a great weekend for fishing!

May 10-13 - My norwegian buddy Einar catches his first smallmouth bass, including two C&R whoppers.  Nice work E - I also catch my largest smallmouth ever, a 19.75" monster.  Also, check out the nice pike!

April 25-27 - I needed to "rest up" before finals.  What better way to do that than a non stop weekend filled with two dozen beautiful bronzebacks, some walleyes, including a 22.5 incher, and two monstrous pike. Holmes and I landed 12 C&R whoppers, including 10 smallmouth over 16 inches!
