| Well, more hot days means more hot smallie action! Some big boys and girls came to boat, mostly on jigs near shoreline structure. Ol' 1975 makes an appearance again - THREE TIMES! She's almost like a pet to me now! What a great fish, and what a fighter. Check out the other nice smallies caught by the crew! | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Shakedown, nineteen seventy...um...five? Sure! | |||||||||||||||||||||
| Top Left - Me with Ol' 1975 coming from right near her haunt on a jig and twister. Top Right - Holmes with 1975 on a jig and fathead chub minnow Lower Left - Eggert holds up his biggest (I guess it is all of our biggest) smallmouth to date - 1975 gave him a wild run! Am I convinced that bass are territorial and like to haunt the same areas? You betcha! |
