In order to make up for my inconsistant (at best!) updating, I give you  the shots of some great fish caught from area lakes in the past three weeks!  From about June 20 through July 15, the fishing has been awesome!  Check out some of these great pics - and a surprising carp - and see what I mean!
MIDSUMMER MULTISPECIES MENAGERIE!
Top left - A 16.5 inch smallmouth caught on the Sheyenne on July 14.

Top right - A 17 inch smallie C&Red off the lakeside rocks of Baldhill Dam in late June.

Bottom - A young white bass provides some comic relief with his "biting off more than I can chew attitude!"  Four-inch bass, four-inch Storm crankbait!
Top Left - Holmes with "One-Eyed Willie," an 18-inch smallie.  Top Middle - Holmes with a 21-inch bottom-bouncer walleye on Lake Ashtabula.  Top Right - Holmes with his Walleye-turned-northern-turned carp, the monster had a length of 30" and a girth of 18". Lower Right - Holmes with a 13" slabberino out of Jamestown Reservoir.  Lower Left - the 6 a.m. sun dawns over the waters of Lake Ashtabula and a 22 fish morning on Saturday, July 12th.
