The Navigators
That's me, Valerie, Jason, Nicky, Belinda, and Stephen at a retreat we went to with the Navs. Valerie's in Food Science. And she's eating a stick...
At the end of the fall semester of 2001, there was a end-of-semester Christmas party at the Slays'. Here we are singing Christmas caroles...
We did a little skit for the party, based on the children's book 'You Are Special' by Max Lucado. Here are some cast and members and non-members. In the play, there is a town full of wooden people who give each other little stickers to show their appreciation (or lack of) for one another. A golden star means you're cool. A gray dot means you're a dud. Obviously, this is the dud shot. (For anyone who's read the book, I played Punchinello, the biggest dud)
After the skit, we take some more pictures!
After the party, as everyone leaves, little Paul Bradley Slay waits by the door, looks like he owns the place, and passes out Toblerones.
Driving home after the party: This was taken at 70 mph. 'Nuff said.
