My Summer '98 New York Trip
NY from the Statue of Liberty's Pedestal. Those Towers really stood well above everything else...
New York Chinatown was as crowded and smelly as Petaling Street. So I took a picture.
I get nervous when someone as big as Lady Liberty stands behind me....
Aboard the USS Intrepid, I decide the floorboards make a good foreground.
TimesSquare by night, one side of it.
TimesSquare by day, the other side of it. The Black gentleman drumming on the big can in the foreground, by the way, is one of many street performers on TimesSquare, who I must conclude enjoy what they do, since I don't see many coins in their buckets.
Having trouble finding that video arcade....
Walking around at night, I bump into the studio where David Letterman does his show. But no matter how many faces I make at the doormen, they still won't let me in. Wankers.
