Emoticons For MSN Chat & Messenger

This is a list of 77+ emoticons known to work naturally in MSN Chat & Messenger, however it may not be all of them.
Messenger 7.5 has 75 listed and I know of 2 others listed here that is not included as the default ones for I.M.. (cigarette & alien) If you know of any others that work in MSN Chat, Messenger, or both, please use the "feedback" link on the homepage to send me the shortcut that makes it work, and I'll post it here. I'm not looking for those "custom" emoticons people make for messenger - only the ones that work naturally in I.M & Chat.... Below each emoticon is the shortcut you type to create that emoticon. Webtv can't see emoticons, however they can use these shortcuts to send them, and PC users will see the actual emoticon. The shortcuts shown may or may not be case-sensative, depending on the emoticon. I have tested these in chat, and all of them work as listed. This page is designed for the ease of PC users, with tables down the left side, so that a minumized window can be shoved most of the way off the right side of the screen, freeing up the rest of the monitor's viewing space for other things. In this manner this page can stay handy for a quick CC&P of the shortcuts. |
