Nagarkot (first attempt)

The next day we made a sightseeing trip into the Kathmandu valley, to visit a small town called Nagarkot. It's best known for its beautiful sights onto the Himalayan range ........ if the weather conditions give the chance to look around. Nagarkot is a small village, 30 kms eastbound from Kathmandu. It's 2168 m above sea level and they say that the best months to pay a visit are from October till March. It's a small road winding up there and it takes some time to reach the village, nestled on top of a hillside.

The day we came, well, we weren't lucky at all. It was foggy and we couldn't see a lot, but together with our friends we found some real nice place to take a lunch up there. This is were the next three shots were taken:
