The Northeast Nebraska Arts Association has many purposes, but one of the most important purposes of NNAA is to teach each other in artistic pursuits. Every meeting has two opportunities to learn: the Mini-Program or Vignette and the Main Art Program. The Mini-Program lasts only a few, brief minutes. It is usually a quck tip to help artists make more efficient choices when it comes to producing artwork. The Main Art Program is lengthier in time and is more involved.
