General Information

Description: NNAA is an organization of area visual artists who meet to encourage, inform, and teach each other in artistic pursuits. Each meeting is followed by an art-related activity, led by a club member.

Time of Meeting: The regular meeting will be held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m, unless otherwise stated in the directory, monthly newsletter or website.

Place of Meeting: Norfolk Arts Center, 305 N. 5th Street, Norfolk, NE., unless otherwise stated in the directory, monthly newsletter or website.  Park and enter on west side.  (To rear of building.)

Agenda: Short Business Meeting, Member "Show and Tell", Mini-Art Program (Vignette), Refreshments, Main Art Program.

Membership: Membership is open to anyone interested in the arts, 18 years or older. Members are encouraged to get involved and share club responsibilities.  (Do your part. "Give back" to the club.)

Dues: Yearly dues are $20.00 per member, due on December 1 and delinquent on January 1.   Dues include membership in the Association of Nebraska Art Clubs (ANAC). We are just one of the 40+ clubs that belong and abide by the rules of ANAC.  A non-artist associate membership is available for an artist member's spouse for $10.00 per year.

Visitors: Visitors are welcome to attend regular meetings and are encouraged to join and participate fully in our association.

Art Shows: (1) Critique Show - Jan/Feb at the  Norfolk City Library and (2) Spring Show - April/May at Norfolk Sunset Plaza.
