About Me
I'm a graduate student in cognitive psychology at The Ohio State University. I am working on my Ph.D. In the meantime, I teach general psychology to earn my keep.
My interests include face recognition models, expertise, musical listening skills, and the history of psychology..
Before OSU, I was at Denison University in Granville, Ohio.  (Don't know where that is?  You are in the majority).  I graduated summa cum laude in 2003 with a B.A. in psychology and a certificate in music performance (still a bando).
Finally, my diploma!
Way back when, I went to Cardinal High School in Middlefield, Ohio.  Yes, it really was in the middle of a field.  I was  valedictorian (along with two friends) and gave a bad speech at graduation in 96 degree weather.  It wasn't as bad or as long as the superintendent's speech, though.  I ran track and cross-country and was also a major bando (dorky hat and all).
My Favorite Colors are Green, Purple, and Blue
My favorite types of music are baroque/classical/romantic (which most people just call classical), parodies, opera, electronica, punk,  alternative, Renaissance choral music, and bluegrass.
I have 2 cats plus a stray living with me.
I enjoy B movies.
I like to cook.
I am interested in social activism.
I play the Trumpet (sometimes).
I like history.
