Semi Permanent Make-Up Training Course Curriculum
The permanent make-up course is over 5 days; Curriculum
is split into several parts and tailored individually for each student.
Each tutor will have their own approach to course and structure.
Your five-day's course will cover:
History of semi permanent cosmetics;
Safety, sanitation procedures;
Health and Safety legislation;
Colour theory, skin and undertones, integration of colours, colour correction
and blending;
Pre-treatment consultation and protocol
Needles and sizes for optimum results
Eyebrows design and lip liner design
Micropigmentation eyebrows and lip liners
Eye liner design and micropigmentation
You will be required to complete a number of case studies
prior your assessment. Levels of competence and hygiene will be assessed
during your demonstration. Upon qualifying you will be awarded Diploma
in Micropigmentation and you application for insurance.
Course Fees ex VAT
Equipment and an introduction pack with pigments of
your choice are available.
The price for the basic 5/6 day course in Semi Permanent
Makeup will vary from tutor to tutor based on their experience and starts
from £2000 (tutors with 2-3 years experience). For individual
training an additional charge of £1000 will be incurred.
The price for refresher/retraining courses start from
£1200 .
Insurance
Malpractice insurance is available with all courses that
are provided – subject to an assessment. If you have a beauty
salon you may find it advantageous to have a combined policy.
