Rules of Use for this Message Board
| 1) This message board was created for use by
the members of the Family Support Group, friends, and families of the crewmen
of the USS Nashville. All others not having business with this group
please do not post. 2) As stated in the Disclaimer on the main page, this website, and in turn, this message board DOES NOT, WILL NOT, and CAN NOT contain any information about the Navy or USS Nashville, such as dates of departure or arrival, or any information which may be deemed as secured or priviledged. This means not posting any names of the crew members, and referring to the crew as “my husband”, “my son”, or “my boyfriend” ONLY! The Commanding Officers can not be referred to in any negative way. Also, we can not use any names what-so-ever for them. They are simply to be referred to as CO, XO, CMC, etc. This is not only to protect the Ship and the Navy, but their families as well. If your family member is one of the Commanding Officers, you CAN NOT make that known on the website ANYWHERE. They are still to be referred to as “my husband”, etc. 3) This is a family oriented message board. Do not use any offensive language. 4) Any posts that are hateful in nature will not be tolerated. 5) Any other rules my be added at the discretion of the Executive Board. 6) Failure to adhere to these rules will cause the offending message(s) to be deleted and those who posted it/them to be banned from the message board. upon it is your agreement to adhere to the above rules of usage.
