Welcome to my Super Nintendo section. The SNES was one of the best consoles ever with many a classic title. The next few pages are some games that I thought really stood out for me and should be in every ones game collection. |

This game is a mixture of a god sim and a platform game. You go around the world fighting enimies and destroying the end of level bosses. Then when this is done you can start building a town for your followers. The more people you have in your towns the higher your level gets. A brilliant game well worth the time to play, but be warned if you like this don't play the sequel as it is just a platformer, and saying it is crap is the nice word for it. |

Batman Returns |

Based on the film this side scroller had me hooked for weeks. Like most games in its class you go along punch baddies beat boss etc. Batman Returns has nice little touches that make it stand out like being able to grab two baddies and smash their heads together, throwing people into the background causing them to smash windows and poles etc. Another class title from Konami. |

Look another Konami game. This is the game that knocked RocknRoll Racing out its second best SNES racing game slot. Great racing game with the added fun of a battle mode, where you have to destroy all the other drivers to win. The battle mode was unfair sometimes if someone picked Modo as he could destroy someone in one hit. All you had to do was finish the first lap so you got your weapons and then wait for people to drive by and nail them. If you got it right you could take out up to four people in one attack. |

Castlevania 4 |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
All the Castlevania games rock. This is the 4th in the series the other three appearing on the NES. Castlevania 5 also came out on the SNES but was nowhere near as good as this one. The best over all has to be Symphony of the night on the Playstation (Voted 2nd best Playstation game of all time on IGN after Metal Gear Solid). |

Castlevania 5 |

Konami again with their classic Castlevania games. This one is not as good as four but has better graphics (not sound though). My one biggest gripe with this game is that the end boss Dracula (what a surprise) is impossible to beat with out an Action replay or Game genie. You fight him on these crappy pillars and if he hits you once you fall off and have to start again. |
