When you receive this Newsletter we're hopeful that you have answered the request of the Grand President of the Masters and Past Masters Grand Council (Deputy Grand Master James C. Mitchell) and have made your reservations at the Radisson Hotel in Stockton California for the :
Annual Grand Council
Seminar, Workshop and Banquet.
We're hoping this will be one of the better affairs that we can possible have because it has been rumored that we are contemplating changing the date of the Council Workshop from the Memorial Day Week-end to some other date. (This will be discussed at the meeting in Stockton).
All Council Presidents has been given information regarding the dates, location and hotel in the Stockton area, however,

From Los Angeles:
I-5 North to March Lane.
Exit Right to Venezia then Right
to Grand Canal.
From Fresno:
HWY 99 Cross town freeway to
I-5 North to March Lane exit right to
Venezia right to Grand Canal then right
to Hotel.
From Sacramento:
I-5 to March Lane, right to Venezia
right to Grand Canal right to Hotel.
From San Francisco/Oakland:
I-80 to I-205 to I-5 North towards
Sacramento to March Lane, Exit
right on March Lane to Venezia, right to
Grand Canal, right to Hotel.
