INFORMATION

• When some ancient monks required a safe place to hide and store the mystical Key to the home dimension of the Goddess Glory, they did something incredible and moulded it into human form. They made this key a girl, and altered the world so that it would have memories of this girl's life. Finally they placed it with Buffy Summers, and made it her own sister, Dawn. Unaware of her own identity, even after Buffy discovered it, Dawn resented her sister's abilities until the day Glory came to her and took her. Using Dawn's flowing blood to open the dimensional gate, the battle between Buffy and Glory ended with the Slayer's death. Upon her resurrection, and over the years that followed Dawn experimented with teenage boys/vampires, kleptomania and even began to become more involved in the Slayer's duties as she too picked up a sword and joined the eternal fight between good and the forces of darkness.
