April 2009

Sadly, Yahoo has decided to close GeoCities down. That means something very important: Flattops has moved. The new website is http://www.flattops.webs.com/.

March 2009

Redwork is an embroidery style that has been popular since the 1800s. It is incredibly simple to learn, and an activity that requires very little thought, since the pattern is "drawn" on fabric before beginning. You can find redwork designs featuring the Flattops mascot Grace on the website now! Grace Redwork

February 2009

The official logo doll has just been released and is . . . FREE! Patterns included are for the doll, dress, chemo cap, wigs, and more. Grace, the Official Flattops Rag Doll

October 2008

Find out how to convert a bra into a mastectomy bra in the new article Make a Mastectomy Bra.

August 2008

For ladies who don't wear prostheses, a lot of fashion tips have been added to the fashion section over the past few months. Ladies who wear them will also find new fashion tips as well.

February 2008

A new section, Friends and Family, has been added to Flattops. This section has been added to hopefully help answer some questions for friends and family of women dealing with cancer or cancer genes. The section includes a brand-new article, entitled "A Faithful Friend: How to Be a Friend to Someone with Cancer" as well as the helpful and eye-opening "Prophylactic Surgery--What is She Thinking?"

September 2007

September has brought along with it lots of new content to the site, including: Chat, Daily Recipe, E-cards, Lymphedema: What Has Worked for Me, Online Magnets, and Polls.
