His
name is Buddy Bear !
| If you travel anywhere with your first grader during the school year, Buddy would like to go with you! You must request his presence in writing and you must promise to take good care of him. You must also agree to take some pictures of Buddy having fun, AND you must make sure that Buddy sends a postcard to Room 102. |

| Buddy Bear has been resting. He has not traveled anywhere for a while. Miss Mitchell almost took him to Wrigley Field to see the Cubs beat the Pirates, but Buddy Bear was not dressed for rainy weather. He stayed at school with us instead. |
