It's Snack Time!
We have snack time every day.  Your child should bring a "good-for-you" snack to school.  Each child must bring their own snack.  Here are some "good-for-you" snack ideas:
crackers juicebox dry cereal
cheese yogurt apples
oranges grapes pretzels
mini-bagel applesauce raisins
As you can see, there are many healthy snacks that your child can bring to school.  No candy or "junk food" is allowed at snack time.  We need to refuel mid-morning so that we have enough energy to last us until lunch time.  It is also very important for your child to EAT BREAKFAST!  Many of my students come to Room 102 without eating breakfast.  We work hard!  Your child needs a good start, and eating breakfast will help your child to have a good start to his/her day.
