Chances are good they had a heightened sense of the importance of relationships. This is where my aspirations lie. You see, I truly believe that if relationships are vibrant and healthy, organizations will be vibrant and healthy. That's why I am so committed to building professional learning communities made up of strong relationships among aministrators, teachers, students and their families and the community at large.
