The state of Texas has developed standards by which public school principals are to be evaluated. While I am seeking my first administrative post I have taken on the task of evaluating myself by these domains. The experiences by which I provide this self-evaluation come from my time in corporate Amerca. I firmly believe that the same principles that indicate good leadership in public education apply to executives within the business world. Texas Standards Self-Assessment
