- THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT
George's snoring, which has been
tormenting the family, suddenly disappears when Mr. Belvedere takes a vacation.
His snoring returns when Mr. Belvedere returns and George promptly accuses
him for being the cause of it.

The family is thrown into chaos when
a tornado touches down and almost destroys the house. Mr. Belvedere and
George can't be bothered however. They are busy playing a psychological
war over pool.

Marsha violently objects to Heather
becoming a cheerleader but relents when Mr. Belvedere discovers she had
been a cheerleader herself when she was younger.

of his accordion teacher, believing you can just wish someone dead just
by thinking about it.

- DELIVERY
Kevin's friend Robin gives birth
in the Owens household delivered by both George and Mr. Belvedere. The
incident brings the two men closer to each other.

- VOWS
George and Marsha decide to renew
their wedding vows and the kids decide to look for mementos from their
wedding to decorate the house. Kevin gets despondent when he finds out
that his mom got pregnant with him before his parents got married, believing
they were forced to get married because of him.

- THE CONTRACT
Kevin enters into a written contract
with his parents that if he will drink alcohol, he will call home to be
picked up instead of driving home. This made Kevin believe it was a license
to drink and goes to get drunk all the time, much to the horror of the
rest of the family. Thankfully, Mr. Belvedere is there to save the
day.

- STRIKE
George gets hard upped for money
when the paper he works for goes on strike. It causes problems for Kevin
who got a car from his dad before the strike who can't pay for the insurance.
The kids hold a garage sale to help out and Wesley mistakenly sells Mr.
Belvedere's Faberge egg worth 750,000 dollars for 5 bucks. Realizing his
selfishness, Kevin returns the car and gets the money back, the Faberge
egg gets returned and George gets his job back when the strike is lifted.

- PINBALL
Mr. Belvedere's life and the Owens
family's lives gets messed when Mr. Belvedere gets insanely addicted to
pinball ignoring everyone and everything just to play it.

- THE LETTER
Kevin goes ballistic when George
forces Wesley to practice football, which was something George forced him
to do when he was younger and made a mess of it. Kevin vows to get
a football letter for his dad without letting them know what he's up to
and it causes problems for everyone.

- THE PRIZE
Wesley gives
up his trip to Disneyland prize to a sick kid after winning a contest at
school. He did it for selfish reasons though, because he hopes some rich
millionaire would read about his good deed and give him a better
prize. When nothing happens, he tries to get the prize back from the sick
kid but he stops himself at the last minute. Casey
Ellison, who previously first appeared as Miles in the 2nd Episode of the
first season, appears here as a different character all together, without
braces, playing the sick kid.

- THE DROPOUT
Due to her
failure at an exam at law school, Marsha decides to quit and return to
being a housewife leaving Mr. Belvedere feeling useless as a result. Mr.
Belvedere decides to sue Marsha for breach of contract, an action to which
Marsha objects to violently reviving her interest in law.

- SPEECHLESS
George gets
cold feet upon the prospect of giving a speech after being awarded "Man
of the Year" by the Happy Guys of Pittsburgh. In the meantime, Kevin gets
"married" to his classmate Wendy as part of a class project. Wendy though,
takes things a little bit more seriously than Kevin does.
This is
the first appearance of Winifred Freedman as Wendy.

- THE TEACHER
Worried that Mr. Belvedere is lonely,
Wesley gets all kinds of women to go to the house hoping he'll like at
least one of them. Things go bad for Wesley when Mr. Belvedere gets interested
in Wesley's teacher Ms. Carsola instead.

- RIVALS
George and Mr.Belvedere enter a deal
wherein both quit their respective bad habits, George smoking, and Mr.
Belvedere eating junk food. Things get hilarious when they both exert effort
in making the other one break their deal. Meanwhile, Heather's boyfriend
makes a pass at Marsha and it causes strain between daughter and mother.

- WESLEY'S FRIEND
Wesley's best friend Danny contracts
AIDS and at first Wesley thinks it's just a flu that will go away after
a week. When he realizes it's more serious than he thought after hearing
all kinds of misconceptions of the disease from his other friends, he avoids
Danny at first but comes around when he gets taught by Mr. Belvedre and
the family the real facts about AIDS.

- THE WILL
On the eve of Mr. Belvedere's birthday,
he refuses guardianship of the kids when George and Marsha ask him to take
them in in case something happens to them. Hurt, the entire family still
makes preparations to celebrate Mr. Belvedere's party until George and
Marsha gets stuck in the snow during a blizzard.

- VALENTINE'S DAY
Heather is ecstatic when she suddenly
receives gifts from a secret admirer. Her happiness gets shot when George
admits it was him who had been sending her the gifts. Her anger disappears
when she realizes it was in fact the best Valentine's day she's ever had.
In the meantime,Wesley has problems with a girl who likes him more
than he likes her, and Kevin is happy
he finally gets to join a band as a drummer until he realizes that the
band has musical tastes totally opposite from his.

- HEATHER'S TUTOR
Heather gets involved with her blind
French tutor Kyle. She feels he is moving too fast for him and she is confused
as to what to do. Mr. Belvedere advises her to treat Kyle just like any
boy. In the meantime, the Owenses gets into a hilarious but childish duel
with their neighbors the Hufnagels.

- AMISH
Kevin falls in love with a pretty
Amish girl and decides to adopt their way of life. Annoyed, George finds
ways of making Kevin feel how it's really like to live without the conveniences
of living that the Amish do without. Nothing works until the girl came
to visit Kevin who longs for the life he is living.

- DINNER FOR TWO
George is starting to feel left out
and ignored when Marsha spends more time with her law school classmates.
Mr. Belvedere suggests that he prepare a special romantic dinner for the
both of them. When Marsha misses the dinner, George and Mr. Belvedere decide
to have the romantic dinner themselves.

- THE PLAY
Wesley convinces Mr. Belvedere to
direct their school play "The HMS Pinafore." Their friendship suffers when
Mr.Belvedere chooses another kid to play the lead, a part Wesley believed
was his. During the performance Wesley decides to disrupt the play by acting
funny so he'll get all the attention.
