Michiru (Michelle) is Sailor Neptune. She is can play the violin and is a talented artist. Michiru is my favorite because she almost beat the you know what out of Sailor Moon. Her, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Saturn are called the Outer Scouts because for where their planets are. Her "cousin" ( you know what I mean) is Haruka.
