ときまきメモリアル

What is this?

I started to play ときめき メモリアル(with lots of help from edict and kanjidic). I will put up my progress here. If you notice an error, please tell me. Also if you happen to be able to decipher a missing kanji(？) or confirm/deny an uncertain kanji(本), please tell me.

Translations which uncertainty is high or Japanese too hard but no understand what you say are written like this.

Also, this pages uses CSS to build the images using fragments(to minimize bandwith usage), so you need a somewhat recent browser to see these correctly. FYI, this page and all the images take about 120k. Not bad, eh?

ここ、私立きらめき高校の
新入生だ。

My name is J-F Im.
I am a freshman of kirameki high school. [Here, I am a freshman of kirameki high school.]

Note the use of だ instead of です and the usage of 俺. There is no politeness on either sentence(which is ok).

無理だと思っていた
？－志望だったが、
運良く合格することかできた。

なぜなら、
俺が、密かに想っている女の子も

She's Fujisaki Shiori.
She's a primary school friend, from next door.

Remember that Japanese names are in the opposite order than western ones. Also, the usage of the first name implies familiarity/closeness.

Fujisaki used の, which is a softener.

何でもないよ。
