| Why spend so much money on all of those beauty products? Make your own. You know exactly whats in them, and they can be completely natural. I save some of my beauty/ cosmetic containers. They come in handy when makung my own recipes. |

| I've Been Puttin Mayonaise On My Face... Well, Salad Dressing, That Is. Over the winter, my skin got really dry. I had some severly dry patches of skin-It was so bad that the skin under my eyes was cracked and bleeding. I cannot get over how great this worked. Although my initial problem was winter dryness, The sun and the pool can dry your skin up too. I bought some cheap, generic brand salad dressing...I spread this stuff all over my face...I used a pretty thick layer, focusing heavily on the extra dry patches...I let this stuff sit on my face, until it turned clear. To kill time, I'll go do a couple of chores, like a load of laundry, or dishes, or whatever...Next, I vigorously massaged my face with my fingertips---When you do this, little balls of crud will form...I've been told that the crud is actually my dead skin...Now, I don't know if that is the case, but I can tell you that each time you do this, fewer crud balls will form....Okay, after massaging for a while, rinse thoroughly, then wash with your favorite cleanser...It's amazing how soft and smooth your skin will feel after this...I usually use Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner. You should dilute it with water, or mix it with your favorite toner. Test it before you use it....Apple Cider Vinegar is pretty strong...I also like to put a little Olive Oil on the dry patches. Cold Pressed extra Virgin works best, as all of the good qualities haven't been heated out. Recap---Here is what you need... Salad Dressing Toner (Apple Cider Vinegar) Moisturizer (Olive Oil) -Apply the sald dressing (let Set) -Massage Vigorously -Rinse -Cleanse -Tone -Moisturize -Say..."Wow my skin feels great!!!" |
