These are cards from the Queen of Cards quest. If you want to get them all, then you gotta make a few minor sacrifices. It'll be worth it though. Well here is what you do to get them.
Lose Mini-Mog for Kiros - Man in black in the Deling City Shopping Arcade
Lose Sacred for Irvine - Flo in Fishermans Horizon
Lose Chicobo for Fat Chocobo - The guy outside Balamb Library sitting on the bench
Lose Alexander for Doomtrain - Aphrora Pub's Bartender (Timber)
Lose Doomtrain for Phoenix - Esthar president assistant
Lose the cards on purpose, and you can win it from the queen's son in the casino in Dollet. Cards lost by accident can be won back from the Queen.
