This page isn't too informative, I just show the pictures, and tell you where they are. Their names are Quezacotl, Shiva, Ifrit, Siren, Diablos, Brothers, Carbuncle, Leviathan, Pandemona, Cerberus, Alexander, Bahamut, Cactuar, Doomtrain, Tonberry, and the ultimate GF, Eden.

You automatically get Quezacotl and Shiva. Ifrit is part of your test, so you get him after defeating him. Draw Siren from Elvoret. Defeat Diablos inside his magical lamp. Defeat Brothers in the Tomb of the Unknown King. Draw Carbuncle from Iguions in Galbadia. Draw Leviathan from Master NORG. Draw Pandemona from Fujin in Balamb. Battle Cerberus in Galbadia Garden's lobby at the end of disc two. Draw Alexander in the second battle with Edea at the end of disc two. Fight Bahamut in the Deep Sea Research Center during disc three. Fight Jumbo Cactuar on Cactuar Island by running into the moving cactus. Defeating him will give you GF Cactuar. Doomtrain is obtainable only if you have Alexander. Combine the Solomon Ring, 6 Remedy+, 6 Marlboro Tentacles, and 6 Steel Pipes. Defeat twenty tonberries, and right after defeating the twentieth, the Tonberry King will appear. Defeat him to get GF Tonberry. Draw Eden from Ultima Weapon in the Deep Sea Research Center.

There are four special GF's that cannot be junctioned. They are Odin, Chocobo, Gilgamesh, and Phoenix. You summon Chocobo with Gysahl Greens (The summon changes as you complete forests.), Phoenix with the Phoenix Pinion, Odin (randomly appears during discs 1-3), and Gilgamesh (randomly appears in disc 4, [you must have had Odin for Gilgamesh to appear] uses four moves).
