Emerald Guides
Second Emerald Weapon Guide
First of all, equip everything that is required on your party. If you don't have the right armor, then try to use gear with lots of materia holders. Equip everyone with one revive materia and enough HP Plus materia so that they have about 8800 HP. Try to waste 2 or 3 slots on HP Plus materia, and fill the rest with counter attack materia.
When you fight Emerald Weapon, don't do anything. Wait until it attacks a character. The person it attacked will then counter attack for every counter attack materia you have equipped. So for example, if you have 16 slots, and you wasted 6 of them on other materia and whatnot, you will attack 10 times in a row and still have Time Bar use!! And when he does and attack that hits everyone, like Revenge Stamp or Emerald Beam, you'd attack 30 times in retribution (using the given example). This eliminates the need for haste or other such spells. You will be inflicting damage continuously. Don't waste time attacking. Just use limit breaks and restorative items. You also might want to equip a coin materia. You can deal 9999 damage to all of the eyes at onc
