Philosophy:
Technology is a catalyst for student motivation, learning, creativity and  productivity. It can be used to increase these for teachers, too. In order for technology to be effective, it needs to be well thought out and integrated into the curriculum, and educators need to be dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development for new tools. 
Technology  is already part of many students' lives, why not teach using a common platform?

I think that digital cameras have a great place in schools. Everyone likes to see pictures of themselves. This is a book I created with Kindergarten students. We read about opposites, discussed opposites, and then we worked together to make a book about opposites. Book sample

I like to do artwork. This is a book that I started as part of a class assignment. I painted the pictures using watercolor, then added the text on the computer.
