[At the Real Estate Agent]

(1) First you explain your requirements to the real estate agent.

(2) Then you go to see an apartment meeting your requirements. (Free of charge. If the apartment does not appeal to your taste, you are free to reject it without any obligation of paying an introduction charge. However, if the agent finds an appropriate room and you want to take your time before you decide, you may be asked to pay a part of the rent as a deposit.)

(3) You enter a contract (sign a contract).
