What the guide says:
"Eiko is the last human inhabitant of Madain Sari, having lost her friends, neighbours and family.However, the bouyant six year old puts a brave face on her gnawing solitude and is distinguished by her indomitable high spirits. Exceptionallywise and educated for her age, Eiko has a pet moogle as well as other moogle companions, but is always on the lookout for new friends."
Some say eiko is annoying, and I kinda agree, though she could be worse. Her summons aren't as cool as Garnet's, except Madeen, though she seems to have a lot better curative magic.
Her Ability:
Summon, working a lot like garnet, summon's stuff. And surprisingly, White magic also works a lot like Garnet's and casts white magic. You really have to wonder why Eiko and Garnet are so similar and all...
Trance:
White magic becomes double white and she can cast two white magic spells at once.
