The Boston Bruins are one of the "Original Six" teams of the NHL(the first six teams to play in the league). They have had a loyal following like the rest of the teams in Boston, and with last season being cancelled, it is expected that the rink will still be full of fans. The Bruins have had two of the best defensemen ever to play on the team at different times. Bobby Orr has been called on of the greatest hocky players ever to have lived, and helped the Bruins to win the Stanley Cup after a 29 year drought. Ray Bourque was another Bruin considered to be one of the greatest defensemen ever. He is the highst scoring defenseman of all time, and played with the Bruins from the 76-77 season to the 99-00 season.
