The Mindanao Integrated Resource Development, Inc. (MIRD) is a non-government organization with various programs and services that mainly caters to the needs of the less privileged and marginalized sectors and communities. Organized in the early months of year 2000, MIRD was formally registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2003. Today, it has an office located at the Second Floor of San Luis Building, San Jose Road, Zamboanga City. MIRD is managed and operated by highly motivated staffs who are competent professionals - registered and experienced social workers-community development specialists, electrical and civil engineers, accountants, agriculturists, educators, and computer technicians. MIRD is governed by a Board of Directors, it's highest policy-making body. Operation and project implementation and management rests on the Program Management Team composed of the Executive Director, Technical Assistant, Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Bookkeeper and Office Clerks. Program operationalization in the island provinces are carried out through the field support staffs composed of the six provincial coordinators assigned in each province.
