| Here at Miakoda Kennels we realize that a dog's main "job" is to be a stable and loving family member, which is why we focus on the TOTAL DOG. Our goal is to produce healthy, intelligent dogs with correct conformation, and good movement, that can excell in any dog sport we choose to pursue with them. All of our dogs are conformation titled, CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certified, and fully health tested prior to breeding. They are also in training for various performance titles ranging from Obedience to Agility and Schutzhund. We strongly believe that a well-bred dog has a title at both ends and so make every effort to help our dogs prove themselves in multiple venues. |
| Miakoda Kennels adheres to the AKC (American Kennel Club) and UKC's (United Kennel Club) Breeder's Code of Ethics. We carefully plan each breeding with the Breed Standard kept firmly in mind and we occasionally have quality puppies available to the right homes. We are proud members of the National American Pit Bull Terrier Association, the Michigan American Pit Bull Terrier Club and K9 Fanciers of Michigan. |
