It was discovered at our first ultrasound that
he had no kidneys, which, as the doctors say,
is not compatible with life. We decided to carry
on and let nature take its course.

I went into labour naturally at 36 weeks, very early in the morning on October 15th. Nate's
heart was still beating when we got to the hospital that morning. At some point during
labour his umbilical cord was constricted and his life supply was cut off. He was born still.

At the bottom of the page is a link to AnAngelForMe, an on-line support group for women
who have lost babies due to miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS or other neo-natal complications. They are a wonderful group of ladies who have really helped me cope with day to day life.

with our son's death, please click here.
