| Carla H. and I met when I entered the 9th grade at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. I only knew two people in the entire school. Carla took me under her wing and introduced me to all her friends (including future ex-boyfriends, but I don't hold that against her). We've been tight ever since. I'm also godmother to her son, Aaron. |

| My cousin Katishe lives in Trinidad, where she is an attorney for Angostura. We're alot alike. We both love trashy romance novels and partying. She always manages to keep me completely entertained, but out of serious trouble whenever I visit. She's also single, for anyone willing to re-locate to the best island in the West Indies. |

| The University of Maryland would not have been the same without Carla M. We lived together, studied together, and partied together. We even hit Puerto Rico (ho!) together after graduation. Unfortunately, she's now in Boston (too damn cold), where she's a resident in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess. |

| Genesis is my partner-in-crime from medical school. We lived together for three years, and although she's a bit neurotic (as all my med school friends are), her work ethic is inspiring. The woman can study for hours on end! And since she's a neat freak, our place was always presentable. [God help the person who doesn't close the cabinet door all the way shut.] She's now a resident in Ob/Gyn. |
