I spent 4 years in the U.S. Air Force.

While at Mt Home, I was in the
Communications Command.
My
extracurricular activities included Mountain climbing,Back packing,Canoeing, River running (mainly the Snake
and Salmon Rivers), Cross-country
Skiing. In
most
cases I was the instructor
or lead on the excursions.

I also spent time in Iceland, 1 yr. I was a telephone operator for the AF at a remote radar site.

From Iceland I went to Vandenberg AFB, California.
