| ��� In Room 10, we use the Everyday Math program.� Each day, we will do calendar and weather activities to practice such concepts and skills as patterns, numeral recognition, counting, skip counting, money, graphing, measuring, tallying, and place value.� Doing these activities daily will help us to really understand the ideas and give us lots of practice. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ��� The Everyday Math approach will involve the use of games, manipulatives, workbook pages, and other materials.�� In our classroom, we have numerous tubs of items such as multicolored animals, beans, shapes, glass drops, calculators, tiles, buttons, etc.� These will be used to help us learn all sorts of math concepts and skills. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
