The Corning Radisson (formerly the Hilton) at the East end of Market Street is our Official Reunion Hotel. Make your reservations prior to July 12th to receive the special rates. They have two special rates for us ($104 & $114), with a guarantee you will not find it cheaper - even on online discount travel sites. The rate is good for rooms with 1 or 2 beds, standard or executive. Book online with Reunion Promo Code: WH1986 or call them directly 607.962.5000 and mention WHS 1986.  Also, the Hospitality Suite - where Reunion Breakfasts will be served Sat and Sun is also at the Radisson.

An alternate hotel, across the river, next to the Corning Museum of Glass is Staybridge Suites.  Staybridge Suites with limited services but offering suite rooms, also has special rates ($105, $130, $170) for our WHS 1986 group. Make your reservations before July 12th to receive the special rates.

Both hotels are nice, however the Official Reunion Hotel is the Radisson where the Reunion Hospitality Suite and Breakfast will be and they have a full service restaurant and lounge. Lastly, we receive credits for each room booked at the Radisson – which is applied to the payment of the hospitality suite.

Travel

Let us know your flight/train into and also if you need to be pick up by a classmate.  You may not need to rent a car, there will be shuttles and many classmates going to & from the same places as you.

Continental Flights are also on same discount as Northwest via code-share. To receive the discounts on Continental flights you MUST ask for Continental flights specifically or as an option to the Northwest flights.

However you may still find better fares on - these or other airlines – by visiting websites such as Orbitz, Expedia, and Travelocity. However, I recommend using these sites to find the best rates – then booking directly on the Airline’s website if you can find that same rate.

Rochester (ROC) -

Jet Blue has great service at a low price to/from NYC  ROC; try to work that into your flight itinerary. The Northwest and Continental Codes are good for this airport or any airport.
ATA and many other airlines fly into Rochester.
